We stayed at this gem on our way to Ashville North Carolina. While the sites appeared to be used for mostly tent camping, there was another RVer there. We chose the only site we felt we could back into. Our friendly neighbor also ran a generator and we observed the unspoken quiet time rule and shut it down by 10 pm. There was plenty to explore in this area - the kids enjoyed the creek. There was no cell service at all and we only stayed for one night.
